Home Connect USA ("we", "us") runs a free matching service. Homeowners tell us about a home project, and we pass the request to up to 3 independent local companies that may be able to help. We are not a contractor. This policy explains, in plain English, what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

• What you type into our forms: service needed, ZIP code, city or state, project details and answers to quick questions, your name, phone number and email if you give it.
• Basic technical details sent with the form: the page you were on, the referring page and campaign tags (UTM), and the date and time.
• Our web host may log standard request data (like IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

How we use it

• To match your request with up to 3 independent companies that serve your area and the service you asked for.
• To contact you about your request by phone call, text message or email, as described below.
• To run, secure and improve our website, and to keep records required by law.

Who we share it with

• Matched companies: we share your request and contact details with up to 3 independent companies we match to your area and project, so they can contact you and give you a quote. Each company handles your information under its own policies once it receives it.
• Service providers that help us operate (for example, website hosting and form-to-email delivery), only as needed to provide those services.
• When required by law, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

We do not sell your information to list brokers or anyone else, and we do not share it for any purpose other than the matching described here.

Calls and text messages

When you check the consent box or tap the submit button on our forms, you agree that Home Connect USA and up to 3 matched companies may call or text you about your request at the number you entered, including using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also email us to opt out. Mobile numbers and text-messaging consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep lead information for as long as needed to match and follow up on your request, and generally no longer than 24 months, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Opt-out records are kept so we can honor them.

Your choices

• Ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing [email protected].
• Opt out of texts any time by replying STOP.
• Depending on your state, you may have additional privacy rights; email us and we will respond as the law requires.

Security and children

We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or email system is completely secure. Our service is for adults 18 and over; we do not knowingly collect information from children.
